One-Time Courtesy Refund

We offer a one-time courtesy refund for any wallet top-up or tool purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction you would like refunded. We will process your refund within 3 business days.

What is Covered

• Wallet top-up credits
• Individual tool purchases
• Any charge that resulted in an error or failed generation

What is Not Covered

• Refunds for successfully generated AI content that was delivered as expected
• Multiple refund requests (the courtesy refund is a one-time offer)

Failed Generations

If an AI tool charges your wallet but fails to produce output, the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet. If auto-refund does not trigger, contact us and we will manually restore your credits.
