Last updated: 19 May 2025
Yanni.uk ("we", "us") operates the yanni.uk website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
Email address - only when you sign up for a subscription or use the magic-link login. We use this to authenticate you and manage your subscription.
Usage data - we track which tools you use and when, to enforce free-tier limits and provide your usage history. This is stored by tool slug and email.
Payment data - all payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles all payment security under PCI DSS compliance.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your email and auth token so you don't have to log in every visit. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
How We Use Your Data
Your email is used to: authenticate you, manage your subscription status, send magic-link login codes, and contact you about service changes. We will never sell your email or share it with third parties for marketing.
Data Storage
Data is stored on Supabase (hosted in the EU/US) with row-level security policies. Auth codes expire after 15 minutes and are single-use.
Third-Party Services
Stripe - payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Brevo - transactional email delivery. See Brevo's privacy policy.
Cloudflare - hosting and CDN. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days.
